Don Ventling, Snow & Ice Relief Group Leader

Don Ventling graduated from The Ohio State University in 1984 with a degree in Horticulture Sciences and Agriculture Education.  He started his career as a Vocational Horticulture instructor for two years then for three years with a leading Cincinnati landscape firm.  Don started LANDFORM Services in 1988 and continues to serve as a steward over God’s business.  He is a licensed pesticide applicator in Ohio and Kentucky and  a Certified Snow Professional (CSP).  Don has been married to Kim since 1982, and with her raised three children.  Don says “it has been exciting seeing this business being transformed as a platform of ministry with the help of my friends in the C-12 group.”    When not working in his business ministry at LANDFORM, he enjoys hanging out with the grand kids and gardening and camping with his wife, Kim.

Linda Stricker, Office Manager

Linda Stricker graduated from Eaton City Schools in 1967 with a career pathway headed for administrative work and journalism. She has an extensive background in billing, switchboard operating, secretarial work, and overseeing administrative procedures.  Linda also has over ten years volunteer experience in PTO and youth organization, working with St. Mary Catholic School. Linda has four children, and has been the office manager at LANDFORM Services since 2000.

Justin Schmidt, Landscape & Irrigation Group Leader

Justin has been with LANDFORM since 1997.  He is currently the Landscape Group Manager. He started in the horticulture field during high school, and went on to earn an Associate degree in Landscape Horticulture at Cincinnati State in 1994. Justin has continued to receive training and certifications in irrigation, landscaping , pavers, retaining wall , landscape lighting, and OSHA safety training. He enjoys time with his wife, Anne, and their four children.

Patrick Angel, Grounds Care Group Leader

Patrick Angel graduated from North West Local School District in 1995. He attended college at the University of Cincinnati’s Horticulture Program.  He has continued his education and training, receiving several licenses and certifications. He has been working in the Green Industry for over 18 years, having worked with several industry leading companies in the Tri State area. Patrick has obtained extensive experience and training in: Grounds Care Management, Landscape Design & Installation, Irrigation Design & Installation, Snow & Ice Management, and Business Management.  Patrick is currently the Grounds Care Group Leader at LANDFORM. He and his wife Rachael have been married for over 9 years, and are raising three young girls. He enjoys boating and camping with his family when not working.
